Classes & Services

Promotional Assessments

Promotional assessments are given in two parts.

Part one is a written assessment.

Part two is a live, interactive role-playing tactical exercise using real-time scenarios with buildings in your fire district and a personnel problem-solving scenario.

Command Training

We provide various training opportunities using buildings in your response district, allowing crew members to play various roles and conduct multiple exercises aimed at improvement.

After-action review and feedback are given after each scenario.

“Success comes from the length of time in a training space”
